Dr. Jacobo operates on the thyroid and also treats it without surgery. With the biopsy and the ultrasound in front of him, he can explain what your case shows: some nodules are best watched, others are operated on, and others can be treated from the inside. Sometimes the evaluation ends with watching being enough for now.
He performs radiofrequency ablation of thyroid nodules in the Dominican Republic and, since 2026, he has been sharing the technique with other physicians in the country.
