Before booking anything you can send us your ultrasound and your biopsy, and we tell you whether the treatment is suitable for your case. The preliminary review is free of charge.
By the form
If you leave your details below, we write to you so you can send the studies through the channel you prefer.
What to send for the virtual evaluation
- A thyroid ultrasound no older than three months.
- The fine-needle biopsy, if you already have one. It is helpful, but not required.
- Your thyroid labs: TSH, T3 and free T4.
- A photograph of your neck, if the nodule is visible.
The rest of the pre-procedure work-up (blood count, coagulation, blood chemistry, chest X-ray and the cardiology check) is performed here when you arrive, at the same hospital.
Your studies are not uploaded to or stored on this website: they go directly to Dr. Jacobo's practice, and only the team evaluating your case sees them.
You can choose the day and the time.
