The numbers are for a nodule under 4 cm; from 4 cm the fees are US$ 3,500. Each center charges its own fee separately.

It depends on the surgery (half the thyroid or all of it), the center and whether lymph nodes need to be cleared. The cost is worked out at the visit, with the diagnosis in hand. Surgery is covered more often by insurers than ablation.
The cost is given at the visit; it depends on the center and on whether it is performed with a fine or a core needle. If you already have one, it is not repeated unless a second concordant one is needed.
Because each center charges its own fee for the room, the equipment and the staff. Dr. Jacobo's fees are the same at all three.
